North Hampshire Prostate Cancer Support Group

A Charitable Unincorporated Association

We meet at the Brighton Hill Community Association Hall, Gershwin Court, Basingstoke, RG22 4NN

At our monthly meetings we provide support and friendship for men and their partners affected by Prostate Cancer.  Members help each other by sharing experiences and by offering mutual support.  Your concerns are not unique and you are not alone.  Our members understand what you are going through; they've been there themselves.

We have regular talks by healthcare professionals and other general interest speakers, and we run a weekly exercise class.

Meetings are held on the last Thursday of each month between 2 and 4 pm at the Brighton Hill Community Association Hall in Basingstoke, which is near Asda

We are supported by Prostate Cancer UK, Macmillan Cancer Support, Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and by Tackle.

All are welcome; membership is free; just come along.

" I hadn't really spoken to anyone about how I was feeling after my diagnosis but I found someone who understood. I felt better just talking to them "

" I could see that what I felt about my husband's illness was not unique. Others had the same concerns, particularly about the future"
