North Hampshire Prostate Cancer Support Group - Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Formal agenda includes Chairman, Secretary & Treasurer reports and election/re-election of Trustees - see attachment for full details.

If you have any additional items for discussion at the meeting please advise in advance so that they can be included on the day, there will however, be an opportunity on the day to raise any relevant items.

There will be no speaker at this meeting but following the formal items there will be an opportunity for general discussion over tea and biscuits and of course the raffle.
